With over 20 years as an executive at companies such as Johnson & Johnson, Bunge and Credicard hall and IBM's strategic partner, Marco Antonio has worked as a consultant for the past 12 years with companies such as; Sanofi, Reckitt, Danone, Nestle, Purina, Unilever, Natura, Avon, BNP Paribas and Johnson & Johnson among others. He was responsible for the design and implementation of the Leadership Program of the London Business School for Nestlé in Brazil.
Marco Antonio directs his work to the development of engaging Leaders, leadership training programs, team identity building projects and organizational culture in Brazil, Latin America and Europe, and executive and career coaching.
He is a researcher of new management and leadership models and has developed a method for improving relationships between leaders and teams by enhancing self-awareness, recognizing and including diverse human styles and creating high performance collaborative teams that have been used in several countries in Europe and Latin America.

Marco is a founding member of the International Coach Federation (ICF) in Brazil and a visiting professor at the Dom Cabral Foundation.
